The Capitol Center Orchestra Presents Paul Whiteman Tribute Concert by BWW News Desk (Jan. 15 5:00 AM) - As part of “A Moment in Time” Series, The Capitol Center Orchestra, under the direction of Clayton J. Poole, will pay tribute to Paul Whiteman the “King of Jazz” on Sunday January 15th at 4pm at the Capitol Center for the Arts. The performance will feature the original 1924 version of Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue with critically acclaimed piano soloist Frederick Moyer and special guest vocalist Ms. Patty Barkas.
